Use Free Classifieds to Increase Website Traffic

Lots of web site owners are using free classified ad affiliate programs to tap new markets and give their visitors a reason to return. If you give your prospects a reason to return to your website, you have additional opportunities to earn their trust…and their business.

Here’s how it works. You place a link to your classified ads site using appropriate keywords for your market (”Free BMW Ads”, “Hot Rod Classifieds,” “New Car Ads,” etc.). Search engines just love these types of links, and including these key words will undoubtedly improve your ranking for exactly the type of buyer you want to attract to your web pages. Greater visibility means better traffic.

Here’s an added benefit. When your website visitors post a free classified, they are presented with an offer to upgrade their free ad with enhancements (feature ads, color, bolded listing, etc). This sets their offer apart from the other ads and gains better exposure for them. Most classified ad affiliate programs will pay you a percentage (usually 10-25%) of the upgrade cost.

Have your own website? Get this great classifieds plugin and add your own classifieds site and earn all of the commissions for yourself. You might decide to give away free ads or charge a small fee as your site visitors post ads to buy and sell their products on your website - you set the terms. Simply add a WordPress blog to your existing web site, add this theme, and you’re all set. You’ve just added an additional income stream for your site.

By creating and incorporating a classified ad affiliate program into your web pages, you create the ultimate win-win-win. You provide your visitors with a free value-added benefit, you improve your rankings with the search engines by incorporating keyword backlinks into your site, you attract additional markets to expose to your product, you create an additional revenue stream as they upgrade their ads, and you give your prospects a reason to return to your site again and again.

Join a classified ad affiliate program today and watch as your traffic improves tomorrow.

The wrong autoresponder email marketing can collapse your business

The wrong autoresponder email marketing can collapse your business, not build it.

A lot has been said about email marketing as an excellent tool for web marketing but few have been said about its pitfalls. If you plan to use auto responders as a booster for your online sales effort, you should pay particular attention to how your information is delivered to the readers. Basically, you should be concerned about the format in which the information is carried over.

In this article, we try to look at some of the much overlooked points that are a recipe for an email marketing campaign disaster.

Text format

When it comes to text on the internet, there are principally two main types that you can use in your email auto responders as part of your email marketing plain text like the one we see in notepad and html, the commonly used format on the web. Plain text normally contains no formatting but html text has formatting, variable background and can contain graphics.

Now let’s look at the reasons behind your choosing one or the other.

If you are reaching a simple readership without the need for extensive formatting and illustrations in your materials, then the best way to go is plain text for your email marketing. This style of text is easy to read ( as it has a white background) and loads easily because there are no graphics.

However, if you need to put links in your email marketing auto responders that readers will click on, then a problem emerges. People usually associate long links with affiliates. Even if you own the product being offered for sale, many people will shrug at the idea of clicking on a link because they know you are trying to hide behind an ezine or article to sell them a product.

Counselors-at-law in German districts

There are about 140,000 lawyers working in Germany (in the year 2008). A German advocate either works as a entrepreneur or as an employee of a law company. The advocate is a so-called independent organ of the legal system. As a client you have the right to choose your preferred advocate absolutely on your own. The following site offers a directory of attorneys assorted by German cities: Anwalt Dortmund.

Your attorney is independent of any instructions of third parties and should only chase your specific interests. He or she may not reveal details of your case to unauthorized third parties. Additionally your lawyer has the right to make binding statements on your behalf. So it is very important to find a lawyer whom you really trust. German attorneys can be found here: Anwaelte Dresden. This is a human edited directory of counselors-at-law, which is growing constantly. Besides using Internet directories you can find the right counselor-at-law by studying the local press or by asking friends for recommendations.

The German attorney can work as a generalist or as a specialist. As our world is becoming more and more complex, it might be a good idea to look for a legal practitioner who is specialized in a specific area of law. There are for example specialized advocates for family law (divorces etc.), employment law, tax law, insurance law, inheritance law, road traffic law, medical law and several others.

Self-employed legal practitioners face the same problems as any other entrepreneur. They are looking for ways to advertise their businesses effectively and cheaply. The Internet offers many opportunities to achieve that. There are already several directories of German counselors-at-law online. Some of them charge a one time fee, and some of them do recurring charging. Lawyers can present their businesses in the following directory: Rechtsanwalt Moenchengladbach. It is free of charge at the time of this writing.

Monthly Wall Calendars

Calendars function as part of an overall timekeeping system where time of day and date together mark a specific moment in time. In today’s modern world, the written calendar is no longer essential as part of these systems, as the invention of highly accurate clocks have made it possible to record time independent of astronomical events.

The normal purpose of calendars is for the identification of days so we can be informed about future events and to keep a record of when that event took place. The significance of days may be tied to civil, social or religious reasons. Calendars provide ways of determining which days are to be religious or civil holidays, which days mark the start and end of accounting periods for busineses, and which of the days will have significance of a legal nature, such as what day taxes are due or when a contract will expire. Calendars also give us other information such as when each season starts and ends.

The international standard for calendars is the Gregorian Calendar, which is in use today almost everywhere around the world.

People use calendars in order to manage their activities and time and their personal schedules, especially when they have multiple school, family and work commitments. Some people may use multiple systems, and may make use of a family calendar and a business calendar in order to prevent them from overcommitting their precious time.

Calendars are often a physical device such as cardboard and paper. These can be wall calendars or desktop calendars. Paper calendars have one or two sheets that can show single days, weeks, months, or an entire year. Sheets for a single days easily show both the date and the weekday. Sheets for multiple days show tables in order to make the conversion from weekday to date and back. By crossing out days past, it can show you the current date and weekday.

Wall calendars are calendars designed to be hung on a wall. Wall calendars normally consist of a group of 12 images (one for each month) on a particular subject. These can include car calendars, dog calendars, movie calendars etc. The size of wall calendars differ; 12 inches by 12 inches with the calendar closed being the regular size in the USA and Canada.

Home Dyslexia Test

A common problem in most systems of education is that of children with learning disabilities. Dyslexia is one of the most frequently encountered cause of learning disabilities. Dyslexia seems to be caused by a miss-comunication between the eyes and the brain; the signals get sent but the brain does not interpret them clearly. As a result, dyslexics (people with dyslexia) see things differently.

Dyslexia usually shows up first in reading problems. When someone reads, they are interpreting symbols on paper into words or thoughts. If they read aloud, they are converting symbols on paper into spoken words with their appropriate and correct sounds. Reading silently, they are converting symbols into thoughts.

The word “dyslexia” itself, consists of “dys” -not working, as in “dysfunctional” and “lexia” - having to do with reading, words, documents. It is based on this often observed problem with reading.|The origin of the term “dyslexia” is in the idea of “problems with reading”. The word is made up of “dys” as in not functioning and “lexia” from pertaining to books, reading, word orders.

About 10% of the general population has some sort of dyslexia, in some degree. There are symptoms of dyslexia that one can look for, such as difficulty with reading for understanding, or with reading aloud. In the final analysis there is only one way to detect/prove the presence of dyslexia and measure its severity. That is through a special dyslexic test.

In the last year, in a new development, an excellent accredited dyslexia test has become available online. You can get a dyslexia assessment made by taking a full dyslexia test at home, on your computer, over the Internet. It takes about half an hour and costs less than a dinner for two in a medium-good restaurant.

Do you ever have trouble reading? Are you dyslexic? Ever been tested? Do you know someone who might be dyslexic? There are literally millions of adult dyslexics that are completely unaware that it is dyslexia that is causing them problems. They can be easily helped once identified. Swimwear Over The Ages

Introduction

Swimwear is the term used for garments designated for swimming and beach wear. It has gradually developed over the years from the bulky garments used to completely cover the body into the selection of brief pieces of fabric arranged to expose as much as possible of the body.

Finding the right sort of swimwear is not always that easy especially if you do not have a large budget. There is an enormous variety of body sizes and shapes for both men and women and correspondingly there are an enormous variety of outfits ranging from the very cheap to the very expensive.

Fashion Dictates

If it was just a case of having a bathing costume to wear when going swimming and replacing it when it had worn out, life would be relatively easy. But there is the matter of fashion. Every year the designers come up with a different style so that the previous year’s model suddenly looks old fashioned and we feel compelled to buy a new one. As purchasers we are confronted with one piece swimsuits, two piece swimwear, some with long tops, some with skimpy tops, high leg cut, high waist cut, different cup sizes, in a variety of fabrics, colours, patterns, two tone and so on. The choice is endless.

History of Swimwear

The earliest recorded bathing costume was in 350 BC in Greece which was a toga-like garment for bathing. During the 18th century people visited spa resorts for their health where they spent time in the spa waters. Naturally they needed something appropriate to wear, other than their day clothes, when they were engaged in public bathing. Later the recreation of beach bathing demanded a specially made outfit to maintain decorum and decency, so the bathing suit was developed.

Initially the swimwear was rather like ordinary daywear, and the dresses worn by the women sometimes had lead weights sewn into the hems to prevent the skirts from floating up. As the expansion of the railways enabled the masses to spend time at the seaside a more practical type of outfit was required. By the early 1900’s the swimsuit consisted of bloomers with black stocking and shoes, and the top was like a jacket belted at the waist. Swimming was considered suitable for men, while women were assisted into the water for a short dip.

Over the century attitudes changed and swimming became an Olympic sport for both men and women. Gradually the swimming costume changed to adopt short capped sleeves and more ankle was exposed beneath the bloomers. As women became more active in the water the swimming costume needed to be less cumbersome so the neckline was lowered and the tops became sleeveless. Eventually the Princess cut was introduced which consisted of the trousers attached to a blouse in one piece.

In 1909 Annette Kellerman, the Australian swimmer, film star and author, helped to define the modern ladies swimwear styles when she wore a loose one piece suit and was actually arrested for indecency, by 1910 “Annette Kellermans” became the new accepted ladies swimwear.

From then on the swimsuits became lighter and briefer. By the 1920’s the women wore figure hugging tank suits made from wool Jersey and by 1928 they had evolved into the swimsuit we would recognise today. In the 1930’s cotton was introduced for bathing suits sometimes with little overskirts to hide bulky thighs, but film stars wore fashionable figure hugging costumes with higher cut legs sealing the fate of the fashionable swimwear.

The corset manufacturers in the 1940’s saw that women with less than perfect figures needed swimsuits to hide or control the bulges, so seeing a gap in the market they produced costumes which had control panels for the tummy and bra cups and bones to give support to the bust. Using the methods applied in corset making they introduced the stretch factor to bathing costumes so that they were more flattering than ever before.

With the development of synthetic fabrics, Nylon and Lycra became the fabric of choice for swimwear because of their stretch properties. This meant that the costume could be pulled on without openings or fastenings and gave a firmer cleaner line to the figure. Women continued to wear all in one swimsuits until the 1950’s when the bikini became popular.

Leisure Swimming or Sunbathing

Although certain items are called swimwear, in fact some never get near the water. They are solely for sunbathing which usually means they are as small as possible, just barely covering the essential bits so that the skin gets maximum exposure to the sun and such a design would be classed as a bikini.

Two Piece or Bikinis

Over two thousand years ago early mosaics and pottery from Greece show what in fact looks like an early version of a bikini. These garments were used by women performers and acrobats and were in two pieces to cover the breasts and the lower part of the body, much like the current style of Bandeau tops. Modern day runners and athletes wear something very similar when competing. Paula Radcliffe when running the Marathon last year, wore a garment almost identical to those worn thousands of years ago!!

The bikini resembles women’s underwear and has been described as a scanty two piece bathing suit. The lower part may be two small triangles attached together with a string tie at either side, or even a thong. The upper part may also be two small triangles attached together with a string tie but arranged in a slightly different order. Louis Reard patented the new version of the bikini in 1946; his design was similar to the skimpy string 1970’s bikini and it shocked the world when it appeared on French beaches in 1947.

The very first bikini shown in the cinema was in the Bond film Dr No when Ursula Andress rises out of the sea in a white bikini. This created the iconic Bond girl and made her world famous. When being interviewed on television recently she revealed that the bikini had been constructed out of a bra covered with the fabric to give her the required lift of the bosom. This actual bikini sold at auction for £35,000 in 2001.

The pinnacle of the fashion for getting a great tan was in the 1980’s and 90’s and by this time swimwear bikinis had reduced in size accordingly.

Ultimately the top part of the bikini was abandoned altogether when topless sunbathing became the norm in some countries and the bottom was just a G-string or thong also called a Tanga. Oliver Saillard the fashion journalist states that the bikini is the most popular female beachwear in the world, and that the emancipation of swimwear is linked to the emancipation of women.

In the 1950’s there was a popular song entitled ‘In My little Itsy Bitsy Yellow Polka Dot Bikini’ that indicated the acceptance of the new style of swimwear. I remember my cousin persuading me to try on a bikini and I felt very exposed but she said how amazing I looked in it because I was so slim.

Although the bikini is now an acceptable garment whatever the size, the one piece swimsuit is still the best for serious swimmers. Some businesses are well known for their skill at making swimwear and make all the garments for the Olympic team and other swimming competitions. Now swimwear is available in a wide range of bust sizes and the more expensive makes have control panels for the stomach combined with clever styling to create a good silhouette. Combined with a matching sarong, older ladies may feel more comfortable when walking around the beach area.

Helen Mirren was photographed on holiday in her substantial bikini last summer with the caption commenting on how good she looked for her age and that particular bikini was snapped up from the stores within days. Perhaps the customers believed that they could look as good as Helen Mirren in a bikini if they had the same one.

Leg Line

Some two piece bathing suits are cut so that the waist is high and the related leg line is also cut high. I believe the aim is to make the wearer look as though her legs are much longer than they are. However if you have less than the perfect shape for this style it can emphasise large hips so it’s not for all women.

Another fashion trend is the tankini where the bottoms look like little shorts and shows the lower curve of the bottom, which is fine if you are young with a nice pert bottom.

The top garments on swimwear tankinis are long tops designed to cover most of the upper torso and usually feature slim bikini style straps.

The classic bikini style is still as popular as ever though, with the cut of the leg line following the natural crease between the leg and the hip.

The most recent development in fabric is the ‘tan through’ swimwear. This allows the body to tan without exposing the body to the world. Some commentators on this style point to the effects of too much sun on the body and the prevalence of skin cancer of which the evidence indicates an alarming increase. However, the counter argument to that is if you are wearing a bikini anyway then the extra exposure to the sun through the top and bottom garments is hardly going to make much difference.

Conclusion

Swimwear is a term used these days to cover all types of beach wear and swimming gear. It is a bit of a misnomer in that many outfits never see the water and are not used for swimming. However there is a huge range of garments available for the purchaser of different styles, sizes and fabrics. The one commonality of course is that everyone wants to look good once they don these garments. The main key to that is to make sure your new swimwear is the right fit and cut, for your body size and shape.

The importance of being properly measured for your swimwear is often overlooked but it is as important as being properly measured for your bra or other underwear, particularly if you do indeed intend to actually swim in your new swimwear! By wearing the right size and style swimwear for your body, will ensure you are really comfortable in it on the beach, in the pool or wherever else you choose to wear it.

Pentaxyl Skin Creme

Pentaxyl claims to offer many benefits to the user, including diminishing the look of fine lines and wrinkles and reducing the appearance of stretch marks. This cosmeceutical is also said to be effective in improving skin hydration, firmness, texture and skin discoloration. Some users have reported seeing improvement in acne, burn and chicken pox scars as well. The product is sold through a handful of online retailers, and sells for about $72 at the time of this review.

We were unable to find an official online presence for pentaxyl that offered much specific information about the product. Most of the data we were able to locate came from online retailers offering the product. We could not find any customer testimonials, research information or policies regarding any sort of money back guarantee on the product. Unfortunately, a lack of information like this leaves the consumer at a distinct disadvantage, since it is difficult to find good evidence of the effectiveness of this product. Instead, we will need to rely on the ingredient list to see if Pentaxyl can deliver what it promises.

HGH was discovered in the 1920s and first isolated in 1956. In 1958, an endocrinologist at the New England Medical Center first injected the hormone in a growth-stunted child, and the child soon began to grow. Thousands of growth-stunted children with HGH-deficiency were treated in the decades that followed, using HGH derived from the pituitary glands of human cadavers. Treatment of HGH-deficient children ceased in the 1980s because biological contamination caused a few of the children tragically to become infected with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), known today as “mad cow” disease in England. [2] Researchers turned their attention to creating a safe form of HGH using then-emerging recombinant-DNA techniques. In 1985, the first bioengineered growth hormone, called “Protropin,” was produced at Genentech in California. In 1986, researchers at Eli Lilly in Indiana successfully created “Humatrop,” the first lab-made human growth hormone that is 100% identical to nature’s prime hgh: a single chain of 191 amino acids. Both companies share recombinant-HGH patent rights.

While Pentaxyl is a bit on the pricey side, it does contain proven anti-aging ingredients that may bring the user some positive results. However, with little information online about Cellular Laboratories research, some consumers may prefer a product with more testimonials and company information to back it up.

Save Money With Coupons

With the escalating price of food and the apparent downturn in the economy, many smart shoppers are turning to coupons to save money on the things that they buy most.  You can achieve significant savings on groceries, cleaning products, beauty products and more with just a little bit of time and a few useful strategies.

First off, consider where you will get your coupons.  The fact is that you can get them everywhere and you should.  The Sunday paper often has a good selection of coupons along with the weekly fliers that show up in your mail midweek.  But the best place to find grocery coupons on the things that you really use is to use the Internet.  There are various sites such as coupons.com available that require only a zip code to get the coupons that are available in your area.

There are other sites that may ask for an email address.  Check them all out as the selection is different on every site. Also make sure and bookmark your favorite sites as the selection changes and updates regularly. Another way to find some really great coupons is to visit manufacturers sites.  Occasionally the manufacturer will offer a valuable coupon that they only make available on their own site.  And don’t forget to check out your local grocery store fliers, advertisements and websites.  Combining store coupons with manufacturers coupons is an excellent way to double up on your savings.

The next best tip that I can offer here is to plan and organize.  Plan and organize your shopping trips.  The best thing you can do is plan a menu for the week, make a strict shopping list that only includes the things that you need and use and most important of all, stick to it!  Of course, as you make your shopping list you will need to check the sales at the stores and the coupons that you have to maximize your savings.

If you can combine coupons, get double coupons or add your coupons to the sales price you will be able to save that much more.  Shopping is a strategic sport!  Maximize your savings by planning your meals around sales and coupons. You have to eat anyway you might as well save as much money as possible.

As you peruse the sales advertisements, take into consideration the items that are on sale at the different stores in your area.  It may be worthwhile to visit a couple of store to take advantage of the sales for the week. If you do that, though, make sure that you take into consideration the time it will take to visit more than one store and of course the price of gas.  When gas was hovering around $4.00 a gallon it may not have been worth it to travel to separate stores, however, when gas is priced as it is now, it may be worth the trip.

Overall, the goal is to save money.  If you can buy a generic or store brand for a lesser price than you can get it by using the coupon by all means buy the generic.  Unless, of course, you know that the quality is not what you want.

Saving money on groceries is the goal so take advantage of these tips and techniques and remember, it all adds up!
